Today’s global economy and fast paced technical evolution are driving the language services trade to new frontiers. In a fragmented market only adaptive organizations will survive and thrive. Choices related to technology and organization may contribute to success or lead to total paralysis. Surviving and thriving in good and bad times is not a mere matter of selecting a set of tools and implementing these, but rather a matter of enabling organizations to change and to adapt their structure to an environment bound to change perpetually.
