When dealing with the translation of internal or external communications, the deadline is the main issue. More often than not, these documents "should have been translated yesterday".
The turnaround time for any translation project is subject to many factors: translator availability, number of words, quality assessment, extra services and delivery mode.
Urgent projects are given priority. For certain customers urgent projects may very well be the rule: we then keep on standby a pool of translators, ensuring a fast response capacity.
We will not charge extra for urgent projects except for overnight rush jobs.
