LNE International relies a network of nearly 2,000 translators. Every translator is a native speaker of the target language and lives in the target country.
In order to increase quality and efficiency and reduce costs, we systematically use translation memory and terminology management solutions.

Practical information:

• You have a translation request: transfer your files using e-mail or our dedicated ftp server;
• Our team analyzes the files and provide you with a complete transparent quote, mentioning the costs for translation and other services such as DTP.
• Once you approve the quote, our dedicated Solution Executive will start the project and inform you of its progress. This is your contact person for all project-related questions.
• Once the project is completed, our Solution Executive will deliver the translation by e-mail or ftp server.
• Feedback from the customer is an important quality factor. Changes in terminology or other modifications will be processed in our translation memory and terminology databases. This will help us to continuously increase the quality of our translations.
